Exactly one year ago was a fork in the road experience. We moved from our home in Canada to continue the downsizing of our possessions to the 4 freedom suitcases.
If I had known that one year later I would be in glorious hot sunshine in another country, sipping ginger, cinnamon, lemon and orange tea by the Faro port, watching aeroplanes go by and getting ready to board a train back to northern Portugal, I would have definitely been more excited and much more hurried to leave.
My hope is that this encourages you to step out and live your best life ever and see what God does. Imagine how much better your life can get. As for me, I am thrilled and grateful that my life got so much better with so much less. That's success.
