Just playing around with some features to get used to blogging. Let's see if I can upload a photo. This is to remind me that I am eating this way as I'm doing a 30 day Reset program of healthy eating, but legumes, peas, dairy, grains and wheat are not allowed. Yup, no quinoa, no rice, no wheat products. That leaves only roots, cauliflower and my home made almond bread for now. I am on week two. I am surviving although I do feel hungry faster and I miss the satisfaction of bread and yogurt for breakfast and chowing down on some rice with my meals. Today, 8 days later, I imagine reintroducing those foods might take some adjustment. Time will tell.
