Just like that, we're not in Canada anymore Toto. I am writing this before leaving for the Azores. I have mixed feelings about leaving home. As I allow myself to feel my emotions deeply this scripture Philippians from 3:13 comes to my mind "Focus on forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead". I began to look at what lies ahead: 18 degree Celsius weather (64 Fahrenheit) to start and greenery. Woo hoo!
I'm looking at the World Junior Hockey Championship games and Canada is winning 6:2! Watching the game reminds me how to live life looking ahead- play full out with heart. Don't watch from the sidelines, get in the game and participate.
I am doing bigger things in 2023 which you will hear about in my blogs. I've experienced in my life is the Christmas message is real. God is with me. I've seen it time and time again, even today. I needed so much favour in getting the last things done before I leave. Everything worked out excellently. In fact much better than I expected.
Stay tuned and let's see how 2023 unfolds with all of the changes that will be taking place in my life. I don't remember if I shared that my word for 2023 is Peace. The matching scripture is the background of my Facebook profile, John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives."
