This is surreal that exactly 4 months ago on January 8th, 2020 I shared with the world that Ernest and I made a decision to sell our home this year, to start packing in March. COVID-19 put a pause on everything. When I set clear goals, the pieces will come in to play to thrust me forward and that's exactly what happened this week. Yesterday we decided yes, we are doing this and we will return to Portugal this winter!
My group of friends wanted to be included in the journey and today when I woke up, THE feeling was there! It was one of excitement, joy, OMG...everything! I can't wait to start pitching and purging again! This feels different from January when I packed and gave away some things with a very heavy heart. The excitement momentum is HUGE! I'll blog about it here, so keep reading and stay tuned!
Today my focus is on a very small space, the den. We've contacted a home staging company to help us. These are very interesting times with the social isolation and I'm excited to see how business is conducted in this type of environment too.
